Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. This post is to inform you regarding free course from ISRO. ISRO has launch a special free course on GIS for Supply Chain Management. If you complete this course you will get a free E-certificate from ISRO.
About Course –
- Geographical Information System (or GIS) is an information system that captures, stores, manipulates, analyses and helps to visualize the location based data. It consists of a wide array of technologies which includes satellite based imaging, location based services, spatial sciences, etc.
- From the everyday maps in your mobile phone to e -commerce deliveries everything is fueled by these technologies.
COURSE DURATION AND STRUCTURE
The course duration is from April 26-30, 2021. Online sessions will be there and along with interactive session after the online session.
LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION
Seats available are limited and the registration will be done on first come, first serve basis.
Who can Participate –
- Faculty members such as teachers of UGC/AICTE approved universities and their affiliated colleges.
- Faculty members, Scientists, Engineers, Officers and scientific or technical staff working in the Central or State Govt. organisations/ institutions can also participate in this.
- Participants have to submit a proof of their employment ID card at the time of online registration.
- Students currently pursuing UG (Any Year) , PG (Any Year) or PhD.
Course Fee –
No course fee for attending this programme i.e its is provided free of cost for everyone.
Certification –
Freee certificate will be given on successful completion of this course based on the attendence. Minimum 70% attendence is required in order to recieve a certificate.
